Good morning,
I have been testing the Synoptic Panel visual by creating an SVG of one of our buildings and using data from 2 tables - UnitData and FloorPlanData. I have filtered these two queries so that they are only pulling in data for the one property, so there are 580 rows in UnitData and 40 rows in FloorPlanData.
For whatever reason, when I just use UnitID as the subCategory with no Category, I have no issues and all units are colored. But when I try to use FloorPlanDescription from the FloorPlanData table as the Category for coloring, I get the "too many values" error.
It might be caused by data reduction algorithm. You could leave a comment on GitHub.
@v-chuncz-msft the author say it is a limitation set by PowerBI, and he can't do nothing about it.
