Synchronize slicers with different type

Hi all,

Is it just me, when I tried to copy and paste a slicer and choose to "Synchronize", when I change the slicer type, at first using custom "Chicklet slicer" then the copied to other pages, changed to normal (standard) slicer, the synchronize broken ?

The value in both are using a measure for my year, so the measure is just Year(Date[date]). When first copied, it was sync, but when change to normal slicer, maybe becase it comes from date, it will displayed as date slicer (the one with horizontal scroll slicer) and if I change it to dropdown, it will not syncronized as what the original page with chicklet slicer, as the original page actually has a year selected already.

Hi @VoltesDev ,

Can you please provide the settings of your slicers(date? data hierarchy?) on the different pages? Are both pages currently applying the standard slicer or is one page using the standard slicer and the other using the Chiclet slicer? After my testing, I can't reproduce your problem. My test steps are as follows:
1. Create a Chiclet slicer in page 1
2. Copy the above Chiclet slicer to page 2
3. Then switch them both back to the standard slicer

Sorry for late reply, it is actually only the copied slicer (2n page) I don't need it to be chiclet slicer. The 1st I still want.

But I guess logically it can't. So I will stick into both chiclet slicer.
