Sync Matrix Granularity with graphs

Hello!

On my PowerBI report I am using  Matrix with measure related to product categories and when expended by clicking on the + product subcategories. Around I have other visuals such as pie chart and scatter plot. I would like my visuals to be shown at the product category level (legend = product category) the matrix is being expended, meaning the user has selected a product subcategory, when I would like my graphs to now be shown on the subcategories level. 

I have tried using parameters but it is not exactly the solution as I am looking for something interactive with the matrix. Any idea on how to do this?

@charlottesmn , I doubt that us possible, as of now we can not change axis conditionally. Field parameter is best option if that can work
