Switch function

Hello,

 

I am trying to make a simply switch function:

SWITCH (
[Rank],
1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,
7)
 
Using Direct query, i would like to say that if rank = 1, then display 1, if 2 display 2, etc. if its not any number between 1-6, display 7.
Any suggestions how to do it?

why not a simple IF?

IF([Rank] > 6, 7, [Rank])

Because i am filtering visuals and this would not work, so i need switch function for this.
