Hi, I am having a lage date rage for example lets say i have 10 years of date range but when i open a report in power bi service the report must show the date rage of last one month but i must also be able to customize the date a required and I must not use the relative Date slicer if any one know the solution can you please let me know?
@Praneeth19 , based on what I got you need a column like this in you table
Month Type = Switch( True(),
eomonth([Date],0) = eomonth(Today(),-1*month(Today())),"Last year Last Month" ,
eomonth([Date],0) = eomonth(Today(),-1),"Last Month" ,
eomonth([Date],0)= eomonth(Today(),0),"This Month" ,
Format([Date],"MMM-YYYY")
)
and save on last month
what do i do after creating the new column how do i switch between the latest month and custon date slicer?
