Switch True Measure Help

I am trying to use the below measure to categorize some ticket data and for some reason this measure is not picking up all of the And statements.  Any idea why?  Is there some limit Im not aware of?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you mean that there are rows in the [result.closed_at] column that match the formula, but there is no output at the end? Would you mind sharing the data in the [result.closed_at] column? 

In the formula I only noticed that there is a discontinuity in the dates in the middle.
