Hello
I have a slicer, cotaining EURO, DOLLAR and LOCAL. This is from a table called CURRENCY TYPE.
I want to use this slicer to select certain columns from another table called INVOICES.
So if the slicer is on EURO , sum(column Euro Sales from INVOICES) , if DOLLAR , sum(column USD Sales from INVOICES) , Local Sales from INVOICES.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated??
Thanks
Gavin
Solved! Go to Solution.
try this:
Measure =
VAR Currency =
SELECTEDVALUE ( CURRENCY_TYPE[<ColumnName>] )
RETURN
SWITCH (
TRUE (),
Currency = "EURO", [Euro Sum Measure],
Currency = "USD", [USD Sum Measure],
Currency = "Local", [Local Sum Measure]
)
try this:
Measure =
VAR Currency =
SELECTEDVALUE ( CURRENCY_TYPE[<ColumnName>] )
RETURN
SWITCH (
TRUE (),
Currency = "EURO", [Euro Sum Measure],
Currency = "USD", [USD Sum Measure],
Currency = "Local", [Local Sum Measure]
)
Thanks, Worked perfectly.
