I have a waterfall chart that displays all of the correct data and it's working as intended...except that I am unable to suppress columns that are 0 value. Is there any way to suppress those columns showing 0? I am using the standard waterfall chart published by Microsoft.
I've tried the visual level filter with no success. I have tried edit interactions and that doesn't seem to do the trick either. I have included some pictures in another reply - somehow wasnt able to in this post.
The table I have set up does not have any $0 values in the CPU column. The way I thought the Waterfall chart worked is that in the summarizes in the blue bars by my buckets called milestone and then calculates the delts for each milestone in the in-between bars on my break down, which I have as cost Category. Isn't the implication here that doing a visual filter would just filter our the cost categories that have $0 on the row, but not the ones that have the same value in the compared milestones? How do I make the bars go away for those values that are unchanged between milestone?
Use the filter pane? Write a selection measure and use that as a filter? Tough to say given the information. Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
