Hello
I have downloaded data from my Garmin watch and trying to answer: How many hours have I spent in total and per activity. I've been able to import this into PBI and able to change the format to properly show the totals for most activities, until the dataset is large.
This works:
Data with larger results starts to fail:
There's clearly more than 4 hours of data
I saw an older thread but it didn't have an answer. Someone mentioned that when you go > 24hrs the format can't handle the days and it appears that's not an option. I've formmated the Total moving time field as hh nn ss.
If anyone has a recommendation that would be appreciated. I'm so close!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Power BI doesn't support Duration data type for time over 24 hours.
Please refer to this post to get the workaround:
Over 24 hour extraction from YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
Best Regards,
Jay

I'm almost starting to wonder if I should have converted the data in the source Excel file first, maybe to seconds? Would that have been easier for PBI to handle the data?
