Summing columns in table with multiple dimensions

Question

Is there a way to sum Online and offline columns into a third column called TOTAL MEDIA. Below is a sample image of what needs to be summed.&nbsp;The third section will be called Total media summing all the values like show below&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

UditJ , Add a column in the table having the column having value offline and online 
&nbsp;
New column = "Total Media"
&nbsp;
and use that in Visual
&nbsp;
Or rename Grand total or Sub Total as Total Media
&nbsp;
Or create a table with these values 
&nbsp;

Total Media

&nbsp;
Join C1 with you column with Many to Many join this new table filter you current table and use C2 from this new table in visual
&nbsp;
