I have a dataset whose sample looks like below
I need to create a summarize table in Power BI which should contain each Customer name by month and check if the update has been sent and what is the last date of the update sent for each month and customer
the table will look like below

@Anonymous , Join update send date with date table and try a measure like
if(isblank(max(Table[update Send Date])), "No", "Yes")
To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :radacad sqlbi My Video Series Appreciate your Kudos.
