I have played around with this for months now and cant solve, can anyone help! Power BI Sample link above
Measures needed
I want a measure to find the date with the highest count of “high” & “medium” rows and return the count of these.
I then want to return the count of “zero” rows for this same date.
Both these measures should react to the three slicers on the page.
Then I need another two measures the same but that do not react to the year month slicer.
So
Effectively i can then use these measures in one visual showing a combo chart of max count of “high” & “medium” in any sliced month and a maximum value line for max count for all months. All by day along the X axis
This might give you better insights?
Thanks for that lbendlin. But what i am after is a single visual as below. Where Red is "high", Orange is "medium" & Green is Zero. All of the coloured bars are calculated from the sliced year/month on the page. The diamonds are the highest sum of "high" & "medium" for any month ever.
This seems to be a report focused on "Day of the Week". Note that this has no correlation to months. It also doesn't consider holidays or special events (construction etc). I am still not convinced of the business value.
