Sum up a calculated column result

Hi Guru's

I thought this was easy but clearly I have not taken something into consideration.

I have a calculated column which determines the [Trend] of a customer.  Which could be Lost, New, Growth or De Growth.

What I am trying to achieve is to create a calculated measure which will tell me what the value for each trend is.  Basically 1 calculated measure for each trend which should have a total based on the variance.

You will notice that the value @ a row-level works but the TOTAL for the column is 0.  What am I doing wrong?

I include below a screenshot of the issue and include a link to the pbix file i am using for this example.

@Anno2019 update your Lost measure to this

Lost =
SUMX( VALUES( 'DATA Sheet'[Customer Name] ),
IF(
    [Trend]="Lost",
    [Var],
    0
)
)
