Sum the total for a column showing the values ​​in the column, but if the number is negative, show 0

Good morning,
I need to add up the column, but if the total is negative, I have to show zero.
But in the column must appear the negative numbers.
I tried to make this measurement, but it's giving me 0,00 in the column and I can't show the negative number.

Medida = IF(SUM('TABELA REPASSE'[SALDO - FORÇAS ESTADUAIS]) < 0 , 0, SUM('TABELA REPASSE'[SALDO - FORÇAS ESTADUAIS]))

If you have a category column use it in place of SALDO - FORÇAS ESTADUAIS inside INSCOPE.
