Sum distinct values within a stacked bar chart

I am trying to see if its possible to sum distinct values and have it displayed within a stacked bar chart.

To clarify, I want to display the sum of a distinct value. Showing the total of the column would be incorrect as there are multiple repeat values associated with multiple Product ID's.

I want to know how I can pull the distinct Product ID and a distinct dollar amount and have the displayed within a stacked bar chart.
