Sum based on year and only sum month equal or greater

Hi,

I'm trying to get a SUM based on the year and filter by month. For exemple if the year = 2021 then only select month equal or greater then august but if not then select all month. Not sure where to start.

Based on the attach screenshot:

If D_STARTDATE = CURRENT YEAR THEN SUM M3 COLUMN WHERE D_BILLDATE >= CURRENT MONTH ELSE SUM M3.

var _year = maxX(allselected('Date'), 'Date'[Year])
var _mon = maxX(allselected('Date'), 'Date'[Month])
return
return
calculate(sum(Table[value]), filter(all('Date'), 'Date'[Year] =_max && 'Date'[Month] >=_mon))
