Sum base from two Column

Hi good day can anyone help me on my calculated column. On my table i want to the sum of Required base from Plan No. and Job No. column 

Sample - Plan No. 1001213651 with Job No. 22814282 it has a value of 4, 4, 4 and 20 = Total Required is 32

Column = CALCULATE(sum(job[Required]),ALLEXCEPT(job,job[Job No.],job[Plan No.]))
