Sum Date + Number

Hello friends. Could help me with the following question ?   I'm trying to create a custom column in power query with the following parameter .   I have 2 columns , column A that has dates and the B column has numbers , I would add the column (data) + Column B (number) and the result would come as a date.  Example: Column A = 01.01.2016 ( Date ) Column B = 10 (number) Sum of Two would = 01.11.2016
