Suggest a Power BI Custom Visual for Dropdown Slicers that supports word wrap

Test Slicer.png
I don’t want to increase the size of a slicer, but I need to display the entire long text in a Power BI dropdown slicer. Could you suggest a workaround or a custom slicer that I can use for this purpose? I've attached an image where the long text is getting cut off. It would be great if the text could wrap and move to the next line instead.

Hi @nileshpatil080,

Power BI slicers currently don't have built-in text wrapping functionality for long slicer.

You can refer this for more clearity https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Desktop/Wrap-text-inside-Slicer/td-p/3173135

Hi @nileshpatil080

There is no such option available in power bi slicers which support word wrap. I just found the slicer which does not cut the actua text but it adds up the scrolling from left to right.

Apart from it none of slicer support text wrap like chiclet, heirarchical slicer, text search slicer, play axis etc does'nt support text wrap.

you can also refer below blog for better understanding.

Hi @nileshpatil080 - Please check the alternative slicers provided by @Uzi2019  and @Shivu-2000  as mentioned dont have a built in functionality for wordwarp for category values.

I just checked with some more, like Smart filter with OkViz but it is a paid one .

checked Selection slicer by walnut innovations, but it is not supporting vertical orientation.

slicer categories , you have to see from left to right with horizontal scroller.
