Subtracting Two Data Points From Eachother

Hello All,

Please refer to my screenshot for detail. I currently have 2 tables here built off the same query, but the data in each of them is determined by the two slicers above them. What I am attempting to do is create a third table subtracting the percentages from eachother. Now I know these are only visualization tools, but I'm having difficulty coming up with any expressions or figuring out how I'd go about doing this. Any advice is appreciated. Just for your understanding the first line of the new table would read -.58 (64.02-64.60)

Hi Polly,

It would be hard for me to send that over to you as a lot of the background data is sensitive. What that measure is calculated off from is the CREDIT_HELD_AMT_DUE divided by the RELEASED_AMT due. The user would then select two dates to compare the difference and then the third column would display those differences. I read that article prior to posting this and it wasn't very much help. What I need is some sort of way to utilize the user input of those dates to use as a filter in a DAX expression and I'm not sure how I would do that.

Thank you,

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please provide more details?  The percentage column is a measure. How to calculate to get it?  Do all the different date columns have 6 rows? Could you please provide your pbix fie without privacy information?

I have alse found a similar post, please refer to it to see if it helps you.
