Nevermind just found the way
TiempoProcesoMinutos =
DATEDIFF(Historial[Fecha_Hora_Entrada], [Fecha_Hora_Salida], MINUTE)

I managed to get the duration with the formula

"TiempoProceso = FORMAT([Fecha_Hora_Salida]-[Fecha_Hora_Entrada], "DD:HH:MM:SS")"

Any thoughts on how to convert the DD:HH:MM:SS into only minutes?
