I have a report saved in My Workspace. Each morning when the data refreshes, I receive the email as expected with a snapshot of the information.
I shared this report with members of my team, they too subscribed, are licensed users and can see and use the report I created. That said, they do not receive an email notification.
I am not sure what limitation is causing this. Any insight?

Hmm, if they subscribed then they should get an email. Might want to contact support. I would submit this as a support issue. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
