So you want the average of a percentage?
IF SO then that's not the way powerbi works (and honestly I wouldn't calculate an average of a percentage as it won't be weighted). If that's your problem, look here:

So you want to make an average of percentages. Cool, have a look at the link I provided.
Well. How are we supposed to help you? It could be a data error, could be a Measure Total common issue, it could be wrong filters...it could be anything.
But in your case it looks like that you're shoinwg percentages. For example the 61% in Feb 2020: what do you expect, the AVERAGE of percentages?
I dont apply any filters.i have the dataset like place,month and sale percentage.
row headers is place
column headers is month
and the values are my sales pecentage
