Sub-total incorrect

Hi

I have an issue with the sub-totals in a matrix table. The table has two columns, one column (Target) comes from a table named "Targets", the other column (Cash Balance) comes from a table named "Data Dashboard". I added another columns that is a measure which says the following: 

Final= if(sum(Targets[Target])=0,'Data Dashboard'[Cash Balance],sum(Targets[Target]))

unfortunately, i am not getting the correct sub-total , the sub-total does not show the sum of all the rows.

@Soldado ,You need to use a column in visual

Sumx(Summarize(Targets, Dim[Sub Region], DIm[REgion] ) , calculate( if(sum(Targets[Target])=0,'Data Dashboard'[Cash Balance],sum(Targets[Target]))) )
