create a measure finding the minimum marks in the whole row among 3 columns using the DAX function in power Bi and also it has to be highlighted in red colour?

@Planet , Assume you have 4 measures Marks, Marks1, marks2, Marks3

then create a meausre like below and use in conditional formatting using field value option

if([Marks] = minx({[Marks1],[marks2],[Marks3]}, [Value]) , "red", "Blue")

it that is column used in matrix (say subject)

if([Marks] = calculate(minx(values(Table[Subject]), [Marks]), removefilters(Table[Subject])) , "red", "Blue")
