All users are unable to access reports in the Power BI web version. They are getting stuck on the "Loading your report..." The only work around that works is to re-publish the Power Bi file.
Hi @sagetong1 -Check the workspace settings to ensure nothing is blocking users from accessing the reports.Hope so , there is no RLS implemented on the report., check that all users have the necessary permissions to view the reports. Sometimes, access issues can cause the report to fail to load properly. you can also try to clear their browser cache and cookies. Sometimes old cache data can interfere with the loading of reports. use different browser or an incognito/private browsing session to rule out browser-specific issues.
