Hi,
The data source I am using is a list of all support tickets with their status, details, etc. One of the measures is showing the number of active tickets (eg, with status other than Closed, Resolved etc), which is shown on the dashboard.
The report is refreshed every morning, but since the source is not historized, it's only showing the current number of active tickets at the time of the refresh.
Is it possible, using DAX or another method, to store the calculated result in a new "snapshot" table within the dataset, so that we can show the daily evolution of active tickets? For example:
Day ActiveTickets
2021-06-29 231
2021-06-30 198
2021-06-31 214
Any tips or guidance would be appreciated! Thanks, Erik
Hi, @Anonymous ;
You could try to create a table with summarize(), or use powerquery. If you use power query, then refresh will refresh the data source. If it is unsuccessful, can you share more information about your measure or scenario?
