Store refresh date time

Is there any way to find and store refresh date and times in a table and thereby display rerfresh date/times. It is needed to be in a table as we have abother column to which a value changing measure is to be added against the date-time at which the file is refreshed.

What I need is a list of date-times when file was refreshed. Not the last time a file is refreshed.
