Stop summarizing data from folder

Hello All,

I am creating financial dashboards that are to display monthly data. Each months report include a column for Original and Revised Budget and YTD Expenses among others. For these 3 columns I do not want data from each file to summarize in my dashboards as it overstates the budgets and activities and will continue to do so for every month a file is added. The 'don't summarize' option is not available as an option. Any suggestions as to how I can stop summarizing for these columns?

can you show us how your table structure is without showing real numbers and the desired result please.
