Hi
I got a table I create in query editor by a simple enter data.
If I open the source to edit the table
A new step that changes the types is automatically added afterward
Is it possible to stop this from happening. I know there are some settings within Power BI where I can turn it off but I am only interested in stopping it for this particular table.
Is it possible to change something in the source so it is loaded as text automatically and don't create an extra step each time?
Or is there some other way to stop it from creating the step for this table only?
Thanks
@Christianvs , the First and third are text, so I think that should not be a problem. The second one if you have a number in the first few rows it will create it whole number,
If needed you can manually modify the change Type steps
Would it be possible to merge the two steps together so the changing of type also happens in the source step?
