I have a couple of visuals in PowerBI (A Bar Chart) that is linked to numerous sliders, as it is at the moment both the X-Axis on the charts align with each other, as they are placed one above and the other below, except when I apply a slicer to change the Line of Business for example, all the X-Axis will rearrange, is there any way to make it static, e.g when applying filters the x-axis stays the same and doesn't try to rearrange itself.

If the X axis is numeric and you know the range you can override the Min and Max properties with fixed values.
