Hello,
I'm working with a database pull that has a status column as items are revised. Start, middle, complete.
As they're going through the revision proces and are at step two, step three isn't complete. How can I tell what items have all three statuses and use it in calculations

Hi @Anonymous
Assume you have a table as below:
Create measures
count_status = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[status]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[id]))
This measure count the numbers of status for each item.
then you can use the measure above to calculate how many items have all three statuses.
use in calculation = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[id]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table'),'Table'[count_status]=3))

@Anonymous you can create a measure like this to count # of status, if it is 3 then all steps are completed
Item Steps Completed =
CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( Table ) ,
ALLEXCEPT ( Table, Table[Item] ) ,
Table[Status] = "Start",
Table[Status] = "Middle",
Table[Status] = "Complete"
)

@Anonymous sorry for some reason notifications are not working and I didn't know you replied to the post. Item is the column for which you want to check the Status
