Hi,
I have a Card visual where it distinctly counts the number of employees.
Whenever a slicer is filtered the number changes and I needed only for it to be static but still calculate the percentage.
I have the number of employees who responded out of the number of employees.
Basically, I need to make the Total Employees just stay that way while the number of responded is being filtered and the response rate is still being calculated out of the total employees.
Hi,
I am not sure how your data model looks like, but please try something like below.
One of ways to achieve this is to use REMOVEFILTERS( ) DAX function.
Total employees measure: =
CALCULATE ( [employees count measure], REMOVEFILTERS () )
REMOVEFILTERS function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Learn
This works! Just one query and this maybe illogical but would it be possible to filter the wanted values and use the REMOVEFILTER() at the same time?
Because there is this data source where the total headcount of employees is in 1 sheet and it is being added every month and I filtered it to the current month. Now I wanted it to have the static count of the total employees in that current month. I know it would be easier to just create a separate excel file with just the updated headcount of employees but I'm just wondering if that would be possible to get the static count of the filtered data. I hope what I'm saying makes sense if not please do let me know. Thank you so much for your help!
