Stacked and Grouped bar chart... Is this even possible?

I am relatively new to Power BI and am in the process of converting an entire BI website of about 40-50 Excel metrics over to PowerBi metrics.  Feeling the pain/frustration.  

 Please help!

Please unselect the option "Concatenate labels" like below:
