Stacked Column Chart Sorting Issues

I am having an issue where I can't figure out what my stacked chart is filtering on. It should be defect percentage (longest to smallest line). Any thoughts?

@v-luwang-msft The dataset is too complex to extract a sample and remove confidential data. I've tried to create something else but it isn't showing the same problem.

Hello @Anonymous  - Please provide more information on what you are pulling in Axis, legend and values.

@Shishir22 the x-axis is job number and y-axis the defect per centage and the ledgen represents the different features measured.
