Stacked Bar Graph Options

Hello all, 

Is it possible to have a graph layout like the one below? Would like for it to have a stacked bar with a dotted line and a shaded back ground. I have been poking around and can't find it exactly.

@Anonymous  I have tried to create the similar visual that you need. I have got some success but not exactly what you need, you may give it a try see if it works for you.

There is no such options in the original visuals. Check if you could find some custom visual in the marketplace.
