Splitting excel spread sheet into multiple excel sheets

Hello,

How would you split a power bi report into multiple excel spreadsheet reports and distribute to several end users using Power BI service & Power BI automate ?

Thanks,

KJ

The best way to do this would be to subscribe to Paginated Reports, if you have access to a premium capacity.  You can build paginated reports against your published Power BI dataset and subscribe with parameters (filters) at the desired frequency and format (csv, excel, pdf, xml, etc.).

If you don't have premium, it is possible to convert your data table(s) in query as JSON and send the data over to Power Automate where you can make csv or excel files to distribute.  Please see this link for instructions

If this works for you, please mark it as the solution.  Kudos are appreciated too.  Please let me know if not.

Regards,

Pat
