Splitting budget total with slicer

Hi all,

I have the following dataset:

And I have the following Matrix

Where the second column "Somma di Cost" is made with a simple DAX formula SUM(Budget, Budget[Cost]).

I also have a slicer with Date-Number.

I want to create a measure that calculates "Somma di cost"/MAX(Date, Date[Number])*Number selected with slicer.

Is that possible?
