Splitting Multiple Choice Column into Distinct Columns

Hi everyone,

I am trying to split a multiple choice column into distinct columns.  Here is an example:

Main Column     aabbccdd
aa;ccaa cc
bb;cc bbcc
cc;dd  ccdd
dd;aaaa  dd

So far, I have already extracted the values of the column (output shown below)...

Then I tried splitting the columns by delimiter (as shown below)...

The final product is six new columns, but they both house different data points which makes this impossible to visualize accurately.

As shown in the sample table above, I am trying to make each new column distinct (i.e. Associate Data Elements exclusively in one, Investor Data Elements exclusively in the next, etc.).  Any guidance would be hugely appreciated!

Hi,

The images are very small so cannot understand anything.  Share data in a format that can be pasted in an MS Excel file and show the expected result.

@nathanisaacson , You have the option to split column by delimiter into rows or columns as per need
