Hi, a quick question I have:
I have a matrix like this
Fruit Code Dollars
--------------------------
Apple A1 (blank)
Total Total $3
Orange O1 (blank)
Orange O2 (blank)
Orange O3 (blank)
Total Total $15
Pear P1 (blank)
Pear P2 (blank)
Pear (empty) $5
I want all of the Total lines to show up before the list of Fruit and Codes in the matrix: looking like this
Fruit Code Dollars
--------------------------
Total Total $3
Apple A1 (blank)
Total Total $15
Orange O1 (blank)
Orange O2 (blank)
Orange O3 (blank)
Total Total $5
Pear P1 (blank)
Pear P2 (blank)
I did non-summarize Dollars so everything would show up since there are blank cells, but how would I get the total line before the list in each instance? Thank you so much
Hello! In you matrix visual, go to the Row Headers formatting and turn stepped layout to off. Next, go to the Row subtotals formatting, toggle Per row level to On
Then, change Position from Bottom to Top
Viola! Your totals are on top:

Hi sorry, it's actually a table - all columns. How would I do it then? Thanks so much
I would do it as a matrix instead - you get the addional functionality like this.

@jnd27 Try to configure these two setting in Matrix visual:
1. Go to Row Header property --> Option --> Turn off Stepped Layout
2. Go to Row Subtotal --> and make sure to apply below setting
Final Result will look like this:
