Sort the Matrix Table Order in Power BI

I have the below matrix table visual. 

 

Rows comes from a Column1 in a Table1

Values comes from a Measure1 in Table1

Columns comes from a Date coulumn in a Calender Table

Now I need to sort my rows and columns.

My columns need to be Jan, Feb and Mar. Now it is not sorted. 

My rows should be Brought Forward, Raised, Closed and Carried Forwared. Now it is not sorted.

 

Please help.

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

It is needed to sort by the order columns like so:

sort1.pngsort2.png

 

Then you can get this:

@Anonymous , Make sure you have sort column for month year

 

Month Year = FORMAT([Date],"mmm-yyyy")
Month Year sort = FORMAT([Date],"yyyymm")

 

Mark month year sort as sort column for the month year

@amitchandak I have done that column sort too. Then also no changes.

@Anonymous ,Can you share a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
