Sort table by 2 columns

I am trying to sort my table first by the commitment column largest to smallest and secondly by ID number. I would like the same I'Ds grouped together. In this example ID number is recorded as text.  I have tried selecting shift+ click but that doesnt seem to work for me. Anyone have suggestions?

The miltiple-sort should work in desktop, I test this in my environment(2020 April), You could view it like below, you click on Commitment, then shift+click on ID to see whether it work or not.
