Sort / order legend and axis on live database data

Hello, 

is there a way to sort simultaneously legend and the x axis of 100% stacked bar chart when building on live database? 

I've read on how to sort the legend with the switch and push method but when you build the visual on a live database there is no option as sort by column. Same for the axis. I could create the switch function, where I set the order for each category but then there's no way to sort by that order column. 

Is there any other way or the only option is to create the order column / table in the live database?

What version is that, mine does not have that function.
