I have a matrix column with headings Annual, Month, MTD, YTD. I want to sort them in custom order. Please can someone help. Thank you.

If they are values of a column
Create a column like this
Sort =Switch( True() ,
col1 ="Annual", 1,
col1= "Month", 2,
col1="MTD", 3,
col1="YTD",4)
Create a sort column and mark that sort column.

I have created a sort column and when I try to sort my matrix column with the sort column, it is giving circular dependency error.

Assum col is your main column
Col1 = col
Col Sort = <Logic>
Sort Col1 on Col Sort and Use Col1 in your UI. You can Hide Col.
I followed your steps exactly and still getting circular dependency error. Please can you help.
