Hi everyone,
I have tried looking through the past posts but could not find what I am after.
I have got a dataset and using a matrix visual you have:
Using the slicer visualisation, I have got a couple of filters where we can filter down to a specific industry, trade level or portfolios. Date Range is also available using the slicer. Moreover, using conditional formatting, we can see if a client has or hasnt made a booking at any given day.
I would like to be able to filter / sort data at different level:
1) using the date range, select a specific day but see all the client list. At the moment, it will filter to a specific day but remove the clients which don't have any data entry for that day
2) I want to be able to sort by color and date. So for a specific day, have all the red cell at the top for example.
I hope someone can assit
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi, @corange
It is unavailable to sort by multiple columns with a matrix visual in Power BI Desktop currently. I'd like to suggest you vote the idea and add comments there to improve Power BI for making the feature coming sooner. As a workaround, you may refer the link . Hope it helps.
Best Regards
Allan
