Try as I might, I can't find how to sort the column headers in a DirectQuery scenario.
I want them in descending order, i.e. 2019, 2018, 2017, etc, It's easy enough to sort by rows though...! ![]()
Any help will be appreciated!
Thanks
Stuart
its been 3 years and havent find no solution for this
Dear Yacatac,
Have you found a solution to this problem yet? Im experiencing the same business case.
Kind regards,
M
Add a custom column in Query Editor, then take advantage of Sort using the Sort by Column button.
10000 - [Year]
Thanks. Appreciate your help.
however I get a message to convert to an Import mode, which I don't want to do because of the amount of data.
I find it difficult to understand why it needs to be done that way though, when rows can be sorted so easily.
@yacatacI would also like to know if you figured anything out for this. I'm having the exact same issue 😞
