Sort by Column sends error for rows with BLANK() values / Spaces

I want my P&L Report to contain blank rows.

When I inport this table to the model and try to sort the "PL Title" column by the "Order" column, it shows error for duplicate values in the "PL Title". I understand, they are blank rows with different order. I tried to enter different spaces, also I tried to use 

non-printable spaces

Text.Repeat(Character.FromNumber(0032),[Index])

Still no luck.

Ok, I've found a solution.
I've repeated non-breaking spaces different times for different rows and it works.

Text.Repeat("#(00A0)",[Index])
