Hi,
I would like to sort the column "Kategorie 1" in a defined way, like 1. Einnahmen 2. Wohnung ...
I created a new table where I list the order of the "Kategorie 1"
Can I now sort the Kategorie 1 by the column sort without putting sort in the matrix first? Or is there an even better way to do this?

Hi @mikro87
try to use Sort by column option (Modeling ribbon). before choose your column in right Fields pane.

Thank, it worked.
Can I do this without the new table?
but I only can sort A->Z or Z->A. Or how can I self pick the order?
what do you when you first choose column in the right pane then in modeling ribbon press Sort By Column button? It should be a menu which show you other column to sort where you ned to pick your desired sorted column. see https://imgur.com/KGo1gS0

the problem is that I don't have a column which I can sort by in my oridinal table
I know it from qlik sense that you can use an if function to sort columns.
