I have the following table. Rows are LOE 2023. Columns is Cause and Values is Count. I use LOE 2023 TOP N filter to get Top 3 with a Count measure. What measure could I create to allow me so show only the Top 3 Causes with the Top 3 LOE 2023?

1.Create a simple matrix:
2.Filter top 3 of product by sum of profit.
3.The final result is as follows:
