Sort By Month

Power BI. My report comes with month name, not month number column. I add monthnumber column but when creating my chart, it sorts month alphabetically. I try to sort by monthnumber column but does not do so. Please help

In Model view. you can go and add sort by column for month name.

The idle sort for the month is

month sort = format(date,"YYYYMM")
